Privacy Policy
Effective date: 16 June 2026
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
UpRev is a business-to-business revenue management service for vacation rental management companies. UpRev is operated by SIACO PTY LTD (ACN 698 338 751), an Australian company, trading as "UpRev." In this policy, "UpRev," "we," "us," and "our" mean SIACO PTY LTD.
This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you:
- visit our website at uprev.co (the "Site"),
- watch our free video course or read our content,
- submit our benchmark or contact form, or
- become a client of our paid revenue management service.
It applies to everyone we deal with, whether you are a prospective client or an existing client. By using the Site or giving us your information, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit your information.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our benchmark form, contact us, or sign up for the paid service, we may collect:
- your name,
- your work email address,
- your phone number,
- your company name,
- your market or location,
- your number of listings,
- a public profile or listing URL you choose to share, and
- if you become a client, your billing details, which are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers.
Information we collect automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers may collect:
- your IP address,
- your device type, browser type, and operating system,
- the pages you view, the links you click, and the dates and times of your visits, and
- information collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Google tags.
Sensitive information. We do not ask for or knowingly collect sensitive personal information through the Site. We do not collect government identification numbers, health information, biometric data, precise geolocation, or financial account numbers through the Site. Please do not send us this kind of information.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- respond to your enquiry and send you the benchmark, content, or free course you requested,
- contact you by email, SMS, and phone about our service, where you have given the consent that applies (see Section 4),
- provide, manage, and bill for the paid revenue management service if you become a client,
- run, measure, and improve our advertising,
- operate, secure, and improve the Site, and detect and prevent fraud and misuse,
- keep records and meet our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
4. Email and SMS communications
Email. When you give us your email address, you agree that we may send you marketing and service emails. Every marketing email we send includes a clear way to unsubscribe. If you opt out, we will stop sending you marketing emails within ten (10) business days, although we may still send you non-marketing messages that relate to your account or our service (for example, billing or onboarding messages). Our marketing emails include our valid physical postal address, as required by the United States CAN-SPAM Act.
SMS / text messages. We send marketing and promotional text messages only to people who have given prior express written consent to receive them. Consent to receive marketing texts is given by a separate opt-in and is never a condition of buying our service. When you opt in:
- message and data rates may apply,
- message frequency may vary,
- you can reply STOP at any time to opt out of further marketing texts,
- you can reply HELP for help, and
- we honor opt-out and revocation of consent by any reasonable means, and we process opt-outs within ten (10) business days.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in, or your text-messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages you asked for and to operate our service.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to:
- keep the Site working and remember your preferences,
- understand how visitors use the Site, and
- run, measure, and target our advertising, including showing UpRev ads to people who have visited the Site (retargeting).
Some of this is done by third parties, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, which use cookies and pixels to measure and target ads across websites and apps.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through these tools:
- Meta ad settings and the controls in your Facebook or Instagram account,
- Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com,
- the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out at optout.aboutads.info, and
- the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out at optout.networkadvertising.org.
If you block cookies, some parts of the Site may not work properly.
Do Not Track. Some browsers let you send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for how to respond to these signals, so we do not currently respond to them. You can still control tracking through the cookie and opt-out choices described above.
6. How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share your information only with the service providers that help us run UpRev, and only so they can perform services for us. These providers are:
- GoHighLevel: our customer relationship management (CRM) system, which stores your information and delivers our emails and text messages,
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google: advertising and analytics, and
- Stripe: payment processing and subscription billing for clients. Payment card details are handled directly by Stripe under Stripe's own privacy policy. We do not store full card numbers.
These providers are bound by contract to use your information only to perform services for us. As stated in Section 4, we do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing.
We may also disclose your information:
- if required by law, regulation, legal process, or a government request,
- to protect the rights, property, or safety of UpRev, our clients, or others, and
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
7. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy and to meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations. As a general rule:
- prospect and lead information is kept while you remain a prospect and for a reasonable period afterward,
- client information is kept for the life of the relationship and for as long as required afterward for record-keeping and legal reasons, and
- records of SMS and email marketing consent are kept for at least five (5) years.
When we no longer need your information, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
8. How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we log activity to detect and prevent fraud and misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights and choices
Whoever you are and wherever you are, you can:
- ask us what personal information we hold about you,
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date,
- ask us to delete your information, subject to our legal and record-keeping obligations,
- unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any marketing email, and
- opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP.
To make any of these requests, email us at jordan@uprev.co. We will respond within a reasonable time.
United States state privacy rights. Depending on the US state you live in, you may have additional rights, such as the right to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, and the right not to be treated differently for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in a way that requires an opt-out under current law. To exercise any state privacy right that applies to you, contact us at jordan@uprev.co.
Australian residents. If you are in Australia, you may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, and you may make a privacy complaint, by contacting us at jordan@uprev.co.
10. International transfers
We are an Australian company, and our service providers (GoHighLevel, Meta, Google, and Stripe) are mainly located in the United States. This means your information is processed in the United States and may be processed in other countries. Laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live.
11. Children
The Site and our service are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us at jordan@uprev.co and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on the Site with a new effective date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes means you accept the updated policy.
13. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The paid revenue management service is governed separately by the Revenue Management Service Terms and Conditions you accept at checkout.
