What a month looks like
Your listings are benchmarked against their true comparable sets, priced deliberately across every available night, and reviewed on a weekly cadence. Each month you get an audited report showing exactly what changed and what it earned, measured against a frozen snapshot of your numbers from the day we started. Every figure traces back to data you can open and check yourself.
What it costs

Common questions
Is UpRev a software tool I log into?
No. UpRev is a done-for-you service. Jack Murphy and his team run the pricing on your portfolio for you, week in and week out. There is nothing for you to operate.
I already use a dynamic pricing tool. Do I need both?
They are different categories. A pricing tool gives you software you still have to operate, tune and check every week. UpRev is the person who does that work. We work with whatever stack you already run, and you keep your own accounts.
Is UpRev the same as uprev.com?
No. uprev.com is an automotive ECU tuning company and has no connection to us. UpRev at uprev.co is a revenue management service for vacation rental managers, run by Jack Murphy since 2017.
