Revenue management, answered
How do I connect a listing from a non-Airbnb booking channel into the pricing platform?
Send us the listing's channel manager link or direct URL along with your PMS property ID, and our team maps it into your pricing strategy manually. We handle the channel-side configuration so your rates push correctly across every connected booking platform.

What We Need From You
Provide the property ID from your PMS, the booking channel the listing lives on, and confirmation of which rate plan or rate category applies to that channel. If the listing has channel-specific markups or net-rate agreements, flag those upfront so we price to the right base. Missing that context is the most common reason a non-Airbnb channel gets mispriced on day one.
How Channel Mapping Works in Practice
We treat each channel as a distinct distribution layer with its own demand curve, fee structure, and guest profile. A VRBO listing and a direct-booking listing on the same property will often carry different rate strategies, not just a flat markup. Once the mapping is confirmed, our team monitors channel-level performance and adjusts positioning the same way we would for any other unit in your portfolio.
Common Pitfalls to Avoid
Do not assume your PMS is already syncing correctly just because rates appear on the channel. We verify the sync direction, rate delivery format, and minimum stay rules before treating a listing as live. Gaps between what your PMS sends and what the channel displays are far more common on non-Airbnb platforms and can quietly erode revenue for weeks if left unchecked.
